Ironworks is a striking new sustainable development of 68 homes, each with its own outdoor space opening onto Leeds’s creative, independent neighbourhood, Holbeck Urban Village.
This is the next chapter for the area, which is already home to 150 fast-growth businesses and seven independent food and drink venues. It was also the winner of the UK and Ireland’s Best Neighbourhood at the 2015 Urbanism Awards.
