Last week, we visited our project in the heart of Wetherbyโs conservation area, where we are transforming a former HSBC bank into four high-quality two-bedroom apartments.
After successfully securing planning permission last year, Nook remains actively involved throughout the construction phase, and it has been rewarding to see the transformation of this heritage building.
The building is now watertight with the first fix also complete. Bathrooms and kitchens are currently being installed, and we look forward to seeing continued progress over the coming months. Completion is scheduled for spring 2026.
