A full planning application has been submitted for an exciting new residential project located in Woodhouse, Leeds.
Nook Architecture & Design was invited to review and develop new proposals for a project that had unfortunately stalled in the planning process.
Located on a brownfield infill site, the proposals involve the construction of a four-story building providing seven two-bedroom apartments and associated amenities.
Responding to the local context, the modest proposal steps down from four stories to three stories in response to the scale of adjacent buildings and features red brick complemented by understated details, including exposed concrete lintels.
